Living Wills. A Living Will, or Advance Directive, are instructions issued to your family, medical practitioner and hospital. They enable you to indicate the care to be provided if you are terminally ill or have a degenerative condition, where you do not wish your life to be artificially prolonged in such situations.

Included are amendments to your Will, storage in a fireproof safe, copy Will for your information, letters to executors and guardians, information on probate and verification of signatures and witnesses.

Funeral Plans. Having a funeral plan for your arrangements can provide comfort, reassurance and freedom from worry, financial anxiety or distress following bereavement. We can discuss these options with you and assist you as required including funeral director’s services for both cremation or burial.

Probate means the granting of a certificate to the Executors to enable them to officially administer the deceased’s Estate. Although anyone appointed under a Will to act on behalf of the Estate of the deceased has automatic authority to represent, there are certain cases where evidence of Probate is required. In these cases we can act and assist you with just the application of The Grant of Probate, or deal with the entire administration and distribution.
